Please follow the following rules when filling out the form. A maximum of 25 characters can be entered for a given minute. This includes commas, spaces, etc. Please count carefully. If more than one name is entered for a given minute, each name must be followed by a dash. Don't forget to count these. Please do not request a specific minute. There are 1440 minutes in a day and these will be assigned sequentially around 12 noon.
